He has more than ten years of external audit experience, examining the accounts of companies across a wide range of industries, and has also held senior in-house finance leadership roles — including Financial Controller and Senior Finance Manager — where he led financial reporting, fund accounting, and cash-flow and treasury management within the financial services and asset management sector, alongside earlier corporate finance experience in financing and contract negotiation.
This combination of rigorous audit training and hands-on finance leadership means Lu understands not only what the regulations require, but the commercial and operational realities behind the numbers.
